Billy & Yasin Peshke are a husband & wife team with one goal in mind...to provide our clients with a level of service that is truly outstanding in the real estate industry. Our focus is on service. Billy & Yasin met over 23 years ago & have been together ever since. We have lived in Calgary, Crossfield, Airdrie, Balzac and Rocky View County-making us the ideal couple to give you the inside scoop on these areas.

We spend our time balanced between the things we love the most: Our family & friends, & real estate. Our two boys have also come to love what we do! From helping with mail outs, events & putting up signs to meeting our clients that soon turn into our friends.

About Yasin Peshke

Originally from England, Yasin moved to Calgary at the age of 3 & has called it home ever since. A former teacher, Yasin’s background has equipped her with exceptional communication & organizational skills, making her an outstanding realtor. Since becoming licensed in 2013, Yasin has brought her passion for creating an exceptional client experience to the forefront. As an Accredited Home Staging Professional, she combines her marketing expertise, attention to details & staging skills to ensure every listing shines. Her innovative approach & commitment to client care make her an invaluable part of the team.

About Keegan Peshke

Born in 2006, Keegan grew up immersed in the world of real estate. Having worked as an assistant to his parents, he brings fresh ideas & innovative strategies to the team. With a natural aptitude for technology & years of observing his parents’ dedication, Keegan is eager to contribute his energy & perspective to help clients achieve their goals.

About Nicole Guidinger

A long-time close friend of Yasin since 2011, Nicole joined the team in early 2022 as our Client Care Coordinator. Organized, approachable, & resourceful, Nicole handles everything from paperwork to social media, ensuring transactions run smoothly. With her real estate knowledge & knack for solving problems, she provides invaluable support to our clients. Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom of 2 teenagers & enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, & tackling DIY projects.
